Quality Control
Controlled from start to finish by our highly skilled engineering team, we possess the latest CAD SolidWorks design capabilities and machine conversion software (One CNC), ensuring delivery of a swift and accurate product or project.
A dedicated satellite inspection area gives the benefit of using Mitutoyo CMM to report on conformity, ensuring tight quality control. We offer full CMM Inspection and Reporting services as a stand-alone ancillary service, or to complement our key machining competencies. We take CAD models or drawings and translate them in to CMM programmable data to carry out complete component inspection and provide a detailed CMM report.
All our production capabilities are complemented by a full Quality Control and Inspection Service to ensure all work meets our customer’s exacting quality standards 100% of the time.
